Chelsea will be looking to put the defeat against West Ham behind them as they host Leeds United at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea’s form in the premier league haven’t been great, drawing and losing one in their last four games which have seen them slip down to third (3rd) in the table. They also drew their final Champions league group stage game which was their most recent game against Zenit in what was an entertaining 3-3 draw. That draw saw them finish second in the group stage when it already looked like they would secure top spot.

Nonetheless, Tuchel’s side still have what it takes to beat a struggling Leeds team who occupy 15th in the premier league table. They managed a salvage a 2-2 draw against Brentford courtesy of a Patrick Bamford’s late strike in their last league game. However, Leeds have lost only one of their last seven premier league games and could prove to be resilient against a Chelsea team who haven’t been at their best lately.
Chelsea came out 3-1 winners the last time both teams met at Stamford Bridge. They however played out a goalless draw in the return leg at Elland Road.
