Liverpool 2-0 Watford
Since making his Liverpool debut in September 2020, Diogo Jota has scored more headed goals (nine) than any other player for a Premier League club in all competitions.
Brighton 0-0 Norwich
Brighton had 31 shots, their highest total in a Premier League fixture and the most by any side in a Premier League match without scoring since Crystal Palace’s 31 against Cardiff City on Boxing Day 2018.
Burnley 0-2 Man City
Ilkay Gundogan’s 34th Premier League goal took him ahead of Mesut Özil to become the top-scoring German in the competition’s history.
Chelsea 1-4 Brentford
Brentford’s win is the joint-biggest Premier League away victory for a promoted team against a side starting the day in the top three, alongside Leeds 3-0 Aston Villa in October 2020.
Leeds 1-1 Southampton
Jack Harrison has scored six Premier League goals in 2022, twice as many as any other Leeds player. It’s also Harrison’s highest-scoring calendar year in the competition.
Wolves 2-1 Aston Villa
Ashley Young scored his first own goal in the Premier League, in his 389th appearance. He’s also Villa’s oldest own-goal scorer in Premier League history at the age of 36 years and 267 days.
Man United 1-1 Leicester
James Maddison has been directly involved in 21 goals in all competitions this season (13 goals, 8 assists), four more than any other Leicester player. Only in 2017-18 with Norwich has he been involved in more.
West Ham 2-1 Everton
Aaron Cresswell scored his fourth direct free-kick goal for West Ham, the most of any player. Cresswell had previously been level with Dimitri Payet on three.
Tottenham 5-1 Newcastle
Since the first Premier League match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in April 2019, Son Heung-min has been directly involved in 44 PL goals for Spurs there (27 goals, 17 assists). Only Mohamed Salah at Anfield (48 – 36 goals, 12 assists) has had a hand in more goals at a single venue in the PL during this time.
